As Founder and Principal Consultant i am the liaison between Integrity Tech Solutions, LLC and our clients. This includes making a number of decisions aimed at improving our organization’s efficiency while at the same time ensuring no disruption of project schedules. I provide technical presentations, software development, software architecture, as well as software quality assurance testing.

I am responsible for software development and system analysis for mission critical and security support applications. I also provide application support and system resolution for production on-site an cloud applications. These roles require me to leverage my excellent communication skills to provide cross team collaboration and even act as a liaison between our internal customers and the external vendors that may be responsible for hardware/software that need problem resolution. Finally, this role also requires me to perform data analysis, data cleansing, data integration, as well as data set creation. I am able to do this effectively using my relational database and business intelligence skills.

I was responsible for testing the functionality of the Netware, TCP/IP, Lan/Man, SNMP, and Ethertalk stacks of QMS’s printer daughter boards. I performed quality assurance testing from the following platforms: Unix SunOS, Unix Solaris, Win 95, Win 98, Win ME, Win NT, Win 2000, MAC 7.5, MAC 8. I created and executed test plans to verify the functionality and robustness of network printer management utility software, print drivers, and print system code. Trained employees on the fundamentals of quality assurance and the hardware and software used ensure our standards.
